SICA ALTOPARLANTI SRL was born in 1979, in a territorial context historically linked to music and musical instruments.
Today, 40 years after its foundation, the company is a leader in the design and production of speakers for professional use with its own SICA® brand and for guitar with the Jensen® brand.
All the speakers are produced in Trecastelli (AN), in a building of over 5,000 covered square meters and with the use of about 50 collaborators. The production lines, although highly automated, have been designed to allow operators to manage the times of the various operations independently, through compensation islands, making the work more human-friendly.
Of the more than 2,000 speakers produced every day, more than 80% leave Italy.
The experience and passion of the designers combined with the constant attention to reliability have allowed the company to become supplier of some of the major brands present in the five continents.
The recent opening to emerging markets in the Far East has allowed the company to maintain a significant growth trend. Of our exports, America holds 21%, the European community 48%, the other European countries 12% and Asia 11%. The remainder is divided between Africa, the Arab countries and Australia.
